Hard Rock is looking for a manager of financial reporting with financial reporting experience.
*****Hard Rock International will be relocating its headquarters from Orlando, FL to Hollywood, FL in Summer 2018*****
Responsible for the preparation of consolidations, monthly reports and analysis uding Planning Consolidation software.
Preparation of multiple sets of annual financial statements including workpapers and supporting analysis for various legal entities within the Hard Rock Group in US GAAP and IFRS.
Assist in the coordination, planning and execution of external audits with independent auditors. Partner with other members of finance, tax, treasury, legal, merchandise and other departments to obtain necessary information and analysis to support reporting and auditing process.
Responsible for documenting policies and procedures.
Participate in financial reporting and audit process improvements.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with expertise in Excel.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience with full-scope accounting and reporting functions, including “Big Four” or large regional firm experience, at least one year industry experience is preferred.
CPA or equivalent certification required.
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills and the maturity to work comfortably with senior management, related parties, independent audit firms and across a multi-cultural organization.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. A desire to work in a fast-paced environment; a track record of success in prioritizing, multi-tasking, and consistently meeting deadlines with a high quality of work.
Team player and ability to work independently without the need for constant supervision.
Ability and desire to work in a results driven organization with a relatively flat structure.
