Overview

We are a one of the most globally recognized companies specializing in the casino, hospitality and restaurant industries.  We have recently created an online gaming division to leverage our brand reach and considerable resources to extend our presence into the online gaming space.   We are looking for a well-rounded individual with experience in the online social gaming space that isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty to serve as the Director of Social Gaming.  This role will be the head of the sub-division and be responsible for achieving revenue targets by leading the design, implementation and execution of a successful B2B social casino product.  

Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be:

  • Hands on and highly experienced with Online Social Casino
  • Seasoned practitioner in SEO, SEM, PPC, CPA, social media, mobile, email, affiliate and other trending media platforms.
  • Experience in working within a large company with many moving parts and stake holders
  • Strategist with a track record of successful relationship management with external partners

Responsibilities:

  • Drive product development roadmap through project management and innovation.
  • Supervise and enhance live operations in collaboration with our technology and operational services supplier
  • Ensure achievement of revenue goals by leading the design, implementation and execution of all player acquisition and retention strategies across all relevant media channels for the Company’s in-house as well as third party brands.
  • Serve as the lead for all business related to the B2B Social Casino initiative including partner relationship management, vendor relations and internal stake holders.
  • Grow and upgrade organizational capability in the digital area and integrate the social casino into each marketing program.
  • Leverage the use of marketing analytics to provide insights, make recommendations to reach our players in new ways, and improve marketing ROI.
  • Build and lead a performance driven social casino team.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ year’s digital & integrated marketing experience across multiple gaming products on both web and mobile platforms.
  • Track records of success with social, mobile, email, affiliate, online casino promotions and campaigns relating to different segments, including VIP.
  • Proficient in web and mobile A/B testing and analytics
  • Experience and demonstrated capability to make data driven decisions to continually optimize performance within established constraints.
  • Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills to clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions.
  • Balanced strategic and tactical thinker with strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, budget management skills and understanding of ROI analysis.
