Support the Sr Facilities Manager by completing projects on time and within budget.


  • Work the Cafe operations team in the scheduling of planned work.
  • Ensure that facility deficiencies are handled timely in order to avoid business interruption.
  • Spearhead cafe facility improvements.
  • Negotiate cost of repairs and improvements in order to ensure that budgetary commitments are met.
  • Look futuristically toward cafe structural improvements in order to build budgets accurately.
  • Coordinate operations between departments.
  • Teach/coach and document employees who fail to meet standards to maintain a high quality workforce.
  • Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners and investors.
  • Attend client functions and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction and promote future business.
  • Build business/market share by thinking of new ways to promote company and by participating in local events to increase sales and profits. Develop and maintain positive relationships with in the business and social community.  Spearhead annual philanthropic initiatives.
  • Work as a team, helping all employees to complete the required activities that ensure we blow away Guest expectations.
  • Maintain low staff turnover rate and high morale.
  • Operate ethically to protect the image of Hard Rock.
  • Utilize programs designed to help Save the Planet.


  • This individual must be highly motivated to work independently.
  • Must possess strong partnership skills in order to constantly improve communications with Cafe Management.
  • Have excellent negotiation skills and will operate with integrity during all business transactions.
  • A minimum of 7 years of facilities experience.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
