Seminole Hard Rock Support Services provides Information Technology Services for Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International and their subsidiaries and/or franchisees. The Manager of IT Software Development is responsible for leading and managing a fast paced, growing development organization charged with supporting and evolving custom software solutions for Seminole Hard Rock Support Services. Seminole Hard Rock Support Services provides services to both Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International businesses. The Manager IT, Software Development is responsible for leading the team of multi-skilled developers in the administration and development of applications and databases including but not limited to internal web business applications, integration, services, b2b, and b2c platforms. The Manager is responsible for ensuring the team delivers functionally strong, sustainable solutions in a way that is attentive to cost, quality and speed. The Manager will guide their team in providing appropriate 24 hr/7 days a week support and perform tasks required to ensure system functionality is maintained and meets the needs of the end user. They recommend and evolve software development tools and practices as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness of team.
