The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for providing expert functional and technical support to the organization in the use of our HR systems. Partnering with the Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International HR teams to optimize HR application configurations and drive adoption of global best practices and standards. Responsible for providing first and second tier support for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) applications and serve as a technical point-of-contact and subject matter expert ensuring the trustworthiness of information over its life cycle, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This role will perform analysis into root cause of problems, develop and implement efficient solutions and ensure proper governance is implemented to prevent reoccurrence. Act as a liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and other internal functions regarding HR process improvement projects and building/updating system interfaces to work seamlessly. Foster productive working relationships with internal and external business partners while providing first-class service and support.
