The Manager of Digital & Revenue will play a key role in the development of digital strategies and tactics designed to drive system traffic, revenue generation and growth for the global portfolio of Hard Rock Cafes. This position will be responsible for working with a cross functional team encompassing Cafe Sales & Marketing, Operations, Training, and Finance. The Manager of Digital & Revenue will be responsible for creating a strong digital media platform (websites, display media, search, social media, etc.) from which to communicate with our new, returning, and lapsed customers. He/she will ensure the best digital consumer strategy is developed and executed against to drive top line revenue.
The Manager of Digital & Revenue must be a self-starter, creative thinker with the ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize accordingly. He/she is the subject-matter expert and will have intimate familiarity with digital strategy. Additionally, he/she should possess:
