The Manager of Brand Marketing will help drive strategic development and execution of all brand marketing campaign efforts across all Cafe properties. This position will be responsible for leading the conception, development and implementation of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional programs to drive business globally and reinforce brand equity. He/she will drive seamless cross-functional alignment of brand, merchandise/retail, memorabilia, e-commerce, and music initiatives and programs, ensuring they are delivered on-time and on-budget. This position will work closely with external agencies and internal Sales & Marketing Operations, Digital/Social/Online, CRM, Merchandise, Finance, IT and others.
The Manager of Brand Marketing must be a self-starter, data-driven, creative thinker with the ability to multi-task effectively, prioritize accordingly, and collaborate with internal and external business partners. He/she will have intimate familiarity with all aspects of marketing. Additionally, he/she should possess:
