To provide oversight and resources to ensure that we are delivering world class execution in our bar operations. Partnering with the GM /DO and Beverage team, The Regional Beverage Manager will directly support Cafe bar teams to ensure the highest standards are in place through use of the Best Practice Evaluation audit and will also be responsible for driving the beverage business and specifically wet sales through proper use of the Key Result areas



  • Partner with Cafe Operations to ensure that recipe specifications are being met.
  • Ensure that the COS is in line with company goals.
  • Develop our bar teams
  • Help grow programs and day part activations to drive wet sales
  • Build relationships with vendors.
  • Advise and possibly create new recipes for menu rollouts.
  • Create and launch innovative beverage contests to enhance promotional activity.
  • Ensure that the company is abiding by company and local alcohol service compliance.
  • Develop training tools for proper execution.



  • Coordinate operations between departments.
  • Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners and investors.
  • Attend client functions and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction and promote future business.
  • Build business/market share by thinking of new ways to promote company and by participating in local events to increase sales and profits. Develop and maintain positive relationships with in the business and social community. Spearhead annual philanthropic initiatives.
  • Work as a team, helping all employees to complete the required activities that ensure we blow away Guest expectations.
  • Operate ethically to protect the image of Hard Rock.
  • Utilize programs designed to help Save the Planet.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a fast paced environment within the hospitality industry.
  • High School Qualifications.
  • Must enjoy collaborating with the field and with vendors.
  • Must possess the skill set to increase beverage sales while maintaining company strategies.
  • Ability to travel .
  • The ability to form relationships with vendors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong collaborative skill set.


  • Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing.
  • Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required.
