  • Overview

    This position will facilitate Memorabilia Database operation and functionality


    • Oversee receiving, handling, and digital accessioning of all new memorabilia assets
    • Ensure accurate inventory of Hard Rock Memorabilia storage facilities and Hard Rock Properties World Wide
    • Reconcile worldwide project location listings and designer mapping inventory to create memorabilia lease documents for franchise café and hotel locations or finalize corporate location inventory
    • Initiate and oversee periodic on-site memorabilia inventory of all Hard Rock facilities
    • Travel to locations as needed
    • Work with finance department to reconcile and/or create new memorabilia assets and database locations
    • Supply and customize various memorabilia reports
    • Comprehensive knowledge of relational database functions
    • Provide training of various functions within The Museum System and Lawson
    • Work with IT department when necessary to resolve interface issues between Financial Software and TMS (process flow, financial, framing system)
    • Partner with IT to optimize the functionality of TMS Memorabilia Database software.
    • Maintain organized file management on large computer network
    • Assist designers with transfers of memorabilia assets
    • Assist various positions as


    • High School Diploma.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relational databases.
    • Strong verbal and written skills.
    • Strong computer skills, including Photoshop, Bridge, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
    • Experience with Gallery Systems TMS and Lawson preferred.
    • Highly organized.
    • Ability to work for several people in meeting their needs.
    • High-energy self-starter.



    • Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent reading and writing.
    • Comprehend professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate.
    • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
    • Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required.



    • Ability to move throughout the Memorabilia Warehouse (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time.
    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
    • Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists.
    • Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
    • Ability to obtain impressions through the eyes.
    • Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders.
    • Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 40 pounds.
    • Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion.
    • Ability to tolerate exposure to a loud/noisy environment.
    • Ability to travel via auto or airplane for extended periods of time.
