    The Revenue Manager for the Hard Rock Corporate Support Center for Global Hotels & Casinos is responsible for the implementation and strategy of all managed property revenue systems and programs to ensure established revenue goals are achieved. The Cluster Revenue Manager assists franchise properties with the activation and execution of brand strategies that enhance revenue generation efforts. This person must harmonize the culture, mission, values and quality standards to ensure maximum potential is achieved. 


    • Define rate structures and tiers by hotel type for managed properties. Ensure hotels are loaded properly into all systems.
    • Provide direction to properties on how to maximize RevPAR and RevPAR Index.
    • Generate reports and forecasts for managed properties according to company policy and practice, supporting findings with analysis.
    • Advise hotel franchise partners on rate structures, selling strategies, yield management, web page coverage / rate optimization.
    • Monitor market trends, occupancy and competitor strategies. Ensure effective product distribution.
    • Develop market assessments of hotels, provide support of assumptions.
    • Interact with brand partners and key vendors to ensure future strategies reflect budgeted and forecasted revenues.
    • Leverage and coordinate the purchase of online marketing and promotional opportunities, maximizing the advertising funds through bundled purchases.
    • Create and maintain the CRS budget and forecast. Ensure accuracy and effective use of resources.
    • Monitor actual sales and revenues to determine variance and assess goal accomplishment.
    • Analyze and review monthly and weekly STAR report results to determine hotel effectiveness, implement strategy as needed.
    • Manage the distribution channel mix by segment for managed properties. Maintain all information regarding programs, packages, rates, etc.
    • Maintain the Central Reservations System relationship with our vendor and provide support to our hotel partners. Ensure the proper levels of service and Key Performance Indicators are met throughout all distribution channels.
    • Assist in all revenue system and distribution partner interface selection, implementation, configuration and review to ensure maximum efficiency and relevance in the industry.
    • Conduct revenue optimization and maximization strategy and review meetings as needed.
    • Create standardized report packages (revenue, segmentation, source of business, geographic origin, volume, wholesale, etc.) and forecasts. Develop automated budget and forecast tools.
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of rate codes in the various systems ensuring the propagation of changes and updates.
    • Work closely with e-commerce to develop effective processes and tools that allow the brand to effectively generate demand and direct response campaigns in a swift manner.


    • Bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics, hosptality management, business management or similar field of study from an accredited institution
    • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in hotel revenue management
    • Possess a deep undertanding of revenue and property management systems
    • Possess extensive knowledge and grasp of hotel distribution systems (GDS, internet, etc.)
    • Must have extensive knowledge of supply and demand laws and competitive margin scenarios
    • Extensive knowledge of PMS and RMS operations and connectivity, interactaion and troubleshooting
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
    • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
    • Multi-lingual preferrred; English fluency required
    • Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
