    Seminole Hard Rock Support Services was created to provide support worldwide to hotels, casinos and cafes for Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International.


    This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining operational systems, methods, and techniques to support pricing and yield management activities for the Hotel. This includes the development of metrics, generation and review of reports, pricing, and implementation of strategies across channels to maximize profitability.


    Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Maximizes revenue generated by the hotel in both cash and casino play 
    • Forecasts hotel demand throughout the year
    • Recommends and implements changes to hotel pricing
    • Recommends and implements changes to internal and external room blocks
    • Recommends and implements suites upgrades/downgrades
    • Compares rates to competitors, recommends and implements changes to hotel rates based on competitors
    • Monitor and track employee’s use of yielding software; insures that the yielding software is being used properly
    • Monitors and tracks denials and regrets



    • Bachelor's degree in Business, MBA or other advanced degree required 
    • Minimum of 2 yrs of experience in casino revenue management
    • Knowledge of Rainmaker Revolution software is required
    • Knowledge of Rate Tiger is a plus
    • Casino industry experience is required
    • SQL queries & advanced Excel applications a plus
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Creative thinker with strategic vision

    Work Environment:

    • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, but there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by
    • this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
